Gaël welcomes you to his charming house with its fully enclosed garden, located in the centre of Beauvoir sur mer. You'll feel right at home here, thanks to the spaces where your privacy will be preserved.
Whether for a short break or a longer stay, you'll be welcomed in a friendly, open, tolerant and respectful atmosphere.

Your space consists of :
- A bedroom with en-suite facilities and a 160 x 200 bed.
- A living room with a BZ 140 sofa bed, which can accommodate two other people from the same group or family.
- A shower room with walk-in shower and separate toilet.
- A utility room with your own fridge and small freezer.
- The washing machine in this area is shared.
- The kitchen is shared with the owner.
- A courtesy tray is available in your lounge area.
- A breakfast can be served to you on reservation only 7€ per person (tea, coffee or chocolate, 1/2 of baguette, home-made organic jam, honey, sugar, a croissant, a glass of squeezed orange juice, a natural organic yogurt. Service between 8am and 10.30am.

The price includes cleaning when you leave.
Bed linen and household linen are provided on arrival. The bed(s) are made on arrival.
Baby equipment is available on request.
