Close from the city centre of Notre Dame de Monts, this new building offers you 4 bedrooms.

The bedroom Suroit, Zéphir and Lombarde can receive 2 persons. 3 persons are welcome in the bedroom Tramontane.

They are very spacious with double sound insulation, a 160-size bed with 2 bedside tables, a small table with 2 chairs, a wardrobe that can accommodate your personal effects. A wall-mounted television is available in each bedroom, the toilets are separate, and the bathroom is fully equipped. The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms are all decorated in a warm atmosphere, they each have an independent entrance, a terrace with garden lounge.

The living room is equipped with lounge area (leather sofa and small velvet armchairs) and a living room with a large table for 6 to 8 place settings as well as a bistro table for 2 persons. Guests have at their disposal in self-service: a coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave, a refrigerator, a toaster, a water fountain.

Breakfasts are served on request and organic as far as possible (fruits, jams, Vendée brioche, sandwich bread, charcuterie, cheese...). You can take them inside or on the terrace, depending on the weather. During your day of excursion, a breakfast can be prepared by your host and taken away.

The nearest beach is 1.3 km away and the shops 500m away. We can rent you bicycles, and a room is provided for this purpose. You are free to come and go, the closed car park is accessible at any time with the help of a pass.

We can accompany you to the Fromentine pier for your excursion to Yeu Island.
