A 32 m² space for 2 to 4 people, with television and Wi-Fi connection in each room.

The master bedroom is 15.75 m², with a 180*200 cm bed, a large antique wardrobe, small pieces of furniture and a beige and white decor that invites you to cocoon.

The "children's" bedroom, which can also accommodate 2 adults, is 9 m² and has a 90*200cm bunk bed, a chest of drawers, a small desk and two stools in a faded wood colour scheme embellished with rugs and large soft cushions.

The en suite bathroom (5 m²) has a double washbasin, a bath, a towel rail, a second-hand psychedelic mirror, a hairdryer and a separate WC (1.2 m²).

I wanted a Scandinavian feel, with an airy layout and light colours to bring out the light. The decor was warm and not too busy. We woke up in front of the Lac de la Bultière with its ever-changing sunrise. No two sunrises are alike.


Located in the commune of Chavagnes-en-Paillers, in a cul-de-sac on the left bank of Lac de la Bultière, you'll find a house that's perfect for resting and daydreaming. A warm and friendly atmosphere is our watchword. We're happy to share our human adventure and our taste for well-being. Come and enjoy the peace and quiet, the countryside, the lake (60 m from the house), our garden and our animals (goats, sheep, geese, turkeys, hens, dogs and cats).

There's plenty to do on site, including walks (on foot or by bike), fishing, canoeing, cultural visits, horse-riding... Nearby, you'll find even more wildlife, culture and crafts. Come and discover the wonderful Bird City, a 56-hectare ornithological reserve.
