In the holiday village of Port Bourgenay, in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire, a private individual is renting a 53m² duplex house for up to 8 people.

The house comprises a living room/kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. Two beds in the living room (benches in the living room). Cabin room on the ground floor with bunk beds for children. Upstairs, two bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with two single beds. A shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom upstairs. A terrace with garden furniture and bucolic views.

Take advantage of the residence's private heated swimming pool.
Take advantage of the holiday village's leisure facilities (some of which are available at an additional cost): pool area with waterslides, tennis court, mini-golf, golf course, mini farm for children, playground, petanque area, pedalos, etc.
Children aged 3 months and over can join the children's and teenagers' clubs.

The house is located 1.5km from the Veillon beach, which can be reached by cycle path, on foot along the coastal path or by the "La Talmondaise" shuttle bus.

There are plenty of opportunities for visits and leisure activities in the surrounding area: Vendée aquarium, Talmont château, Vendée museum, château des aventuriers, O'Gliss Park water park, O'Fun Park leisure park, Les Sables zoo (the house is located 12 kilometres from Les Sables d'Olonne).
Not forgetting the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou and the port of La Rochelle, both just 1 hour from the house.
