- Washroom with toilets, and a large italian shower, adapted for people with reduced mobility.
- Private Garden and terrace overlooking the ocean, with garden table and chairs and 2 sun loungers.
- Parking and short-tennis court on private land.
Direct access to the sea (50m), the supervised beach (- 5min on foot) and the "customs path". Local shops and Supermarket (with Drive and delivery possibilities) within a radius of 2.5Km.
Changing table, high chair, cot and baby bath available on request.
Animals accepted under conditions and possibility of short stays from 2 nights out of season (contact the owners preferably by mobile phone for acceptance).
