Just two minutes from Avrillé in the Vendée, our restored 175 m² stone-built estate, La Petite Pierre, welcomes you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends, in a peaceful setting just 15 minutes from the beaches.

Our comfortable ground-floor living areas open onto a magnificent 60 m² outdoor terrace where you can soak up the sun or enjoy breakfast. Central heating with heat pump and two wood-burning stoves for even greater comfort.

Upstairs are the sleeping areas, with five cosy bedrooms under the roof.

The 4000 m² of wooded parkland is fully enclosed. Your children will be able to play in complete safety. There's a 5 m x 10 m covered, secure swimming pool with sun loungers for everyone to enjoy. Bicycles, table tennis and a gas griddle are also available.
