A little corner of paradise in the heart of the Breton marshes. 7 minutes from the ocean. The gîte is attached to another gîte with a completely separate entrance and terrace, close to the owner's accommodation. It is located on a 3-hectare property with 100 m² of enclosed private grounds, a terrace (garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue), a 400 m² enclosed play area and a small private pond. A wellness area with SPA is available (from 15 June to 15 September). The gîte can accommodate people with reduced mobility. This is a very peaceful gîte for nature lovers, just a stone's throw from the sea and the islands of Yeu and Noirmoutier. 60m2 gîte on ground floor: living room / lounge / kitchenette / bathroom with WC / WC / 3 bedrooms. There are many remarkable sites to visit in the surrounding area. We lend bicycles (please let us know in advance if you would like bicycles). We have a secure car park.
