Detached house close to the owners' home, located in the commune of Saint Révérend, 8km from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie.
The house comprises a living room/lounge/kitchen, a bedroom (1 x 160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC, a second bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), en-suite shower room and WC, a 3rd bedroom (2 x 90cm bunk beds, 1 x cot), bicycle garage (bicycles and washing machine available). Wifi internet access.
There is a parking space in front of the garage and 500m² of grounds with a terrace (garden furniture, barbecue). Electric heating included. Bed linen and towels provided.
Optional: cleaning package €70/stay; compulsory cleaning package for professionals €100/stay.
