Charming, detached accommodation on the ground floor of an 18th-century house in the centre of a village 16 km from the Vendée coast (20 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne), comprising 1 living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (approx. 75 m²).
Large garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue.
Childproof swimming pool (8x4 m), shared with the owners. Reserved exclusively for lodgers (the pool is open as soon as the temperature and weather conditions permit).

The rental is located on a private property where we live all year round, fully fenced in and planted with trees. All the rooms are on one level and the living room opens onto a very large garden (equipped with garden table and chairs, deckchairs, barbecue).

Practical information:
- We can provide childcare equipment on request
(cot, high chair, bath).
- The accommodation is accessible by car, and you can park your car in the courtyard in front of the house, giving you complete independence.

Other remarks:
- Beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
- Access to the swimming pool is the responsibility of the tenants and is subject to the safety and hygiene regulations set out in the house rules.
- Garden furniture and a barbecue are available for you to enjoy in fine weather.
- The property is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each rental period.
