Presentation of: Gite de l'Echaudi
The house is in a quiet location, 40 minutes from the Vendée coast and 40 minutes from Le Puy du Fou, ideal for exploring the Vendée or meeting up with family and friends.
With almost 200 m² of living space, this large gîte can accommodate up to 14 people.
The ground floor comprises an entrance hall with a play area for children, a large open-plan living area (70m²) with kitchen, dining room and lounge, two bedrooms with double beds, a shower room with shower and double washbasin and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, you'll find a large dormitory for 8 people, an atypical space under the roof, then a bathroom with toilet and finally a last double bedroom.
Outside, you'll find a terrace, garden furniture tables, a barbecue, a fenced area with a volleyball/badminton net (rackets and balls provided), and a car park.
The gîte is fully equipped with a full kitchen, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, towel dryer, TV, free WiFi, baby equipment, etc.
