12 minutes from the Puy du Fou park, 1h10 from the Vendée beaches (Sables d'Olonne) and the Marais Poitevin, located in the heart of the Vendée bocage, a popular hiking area. The Duranderie gîtes are located in the centre of La Flocellière, one of the four communes of Sèvremont.
All shops are within walking distance (supermarket, bar/tobacco shop, bakery/pastry shop, post office, media library, banks, hairdressers, etc.).
Pretty enclosed landscaped garden with swimming pool, not overlooked, garden furniture and barbecue area.

This gîte has on the ground floor :
A fitted kitchen, dishwasher, large oven, hob, large fridge with freezer, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle. Dining area for 5.
A lounge (flat-screen TV, free WiFi, board games, children's toys) and a WC and cupboard with cleaning supplies (products included).
