Surrounded by a vast garden, this charming country house will be the ideal place to enjoy a stay with friends or family (up to 14 people).
This 150 m2 non-smoking detached house with all modern comforts is ideally located in the heart of a tourist region less than 10 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 5 minutes from the Poupet Festival, 1 hour from the Vendée coast and 15 minutes from the Château de Tiffauges.
Ground floor: :
- a large lounge/living room,
- a second lounge equipped with a pool table
- a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster)
- 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets (1 separate)
- a utility/laundry room
Upstairs, 3 large bedrooms.
Sleeping arrangements :
- bedroom 1: 2 double beds (140X200)
- bedroom 2: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200) and 1 single bed (90X190)
- bedroom 3: 1 Queen Size bed (160x200) and 1 cot
- living room : 1 sofa bed (130x190)
- 2nd lounge: 2 single beds (90x190) + 1 sofa-bed (130x190)
Blankets and pillows are provided. Umbrella bed and baby bath available on request.

Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, large terraces and its garden furniture.
Housework :
- 90 € payable on arrival
- if housework is not included, please bring 1 cheque for a €90 "housework deposit" on arrival, which will be returned to you on departure if the housework is OK.
Sheets and household linen optional.
Bedding :
- hire of disposable sheets: €5/person (kit consisting of fitted sheet, pillow case and sheet)
- blankets/duvets and pillows provided
Towel hire 8 € / person
Deposit: 600 € (Deposit required on arrival).
Arrival times are flexible (please contact us).
Basic essentials on arrival: toilet paper, bin liners, coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
