This single-storey property has 4 bedrooms (2 x 80cm beds that can be converted to 160cm, 1 x 90cm bed) (2 x 90cm beds, 1 of which is a mezzanine bed) (2 x 90cm beds) (2 x 90cm beds), a large lounge (with table football)/living room/kitchen with a wood-burning stove, 2 shower rooms (one of which is accessible for disabled people) and 3 WCs.
In winter, the tiled floor provides pleasant warmth thanks to geothermal underfloor heating.
Landscaped grounds of 300m² (swings, boules area, etc.), private terrace of 80m² with garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis. Private parking. Cleaning and heating included.
Optional: Sheet hire: 10€/bed/stay; Towel hire: 8€/person/stay.
Additional charge: Tourist tax.
Wood-burning stove: the owner provides the wood (€6 per basket). The 1st fire is free.
