Renovated, detached farmhouse of 153m² set in enclosed grounds of 1000m².

The ground floor comprises a lounge, a living room/kitchen with large central island, a linen room with toilet (washing machine, tumble dryer, washbasin and 2nd fridge).

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with exposed beams:
- one bedroom with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm bunk beds
- a dormitory room with four twin 9cm beds
- two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm)
Two bathrooms with toilet and walk-in shower (180cm and 120cm).

Outside, a storage room/games room (shuffleboard, darts, Mölkky, etc.), a garden with a garden shed for children, a wooden arbour with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

Wifi free of charge.
The gîte is heated by reversible air conditioning on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs.

The gîte is located off the D12, 3.2km from the Saint-Vincent sur Graon water sports centre, 14km from O'Gliss Park, 10km from O'Fun Park and 21km from Longeville-sur-Mer.
