Old house for 4 people, renovated in 2014, adjoining the owner's home, situated in a hamlet. Country gîte with fenced pond 50 m away and animals (chickens, ducks, sheep, goats).
Ground floor: living room/kitchen, utility room.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x 160cm bed), (2 x 90cm beds), shower room, WC.
Enclosed landscaped grounds of 200 m² with wooden terrace and pergola (garden furniture, electric grill, swing).
A second gîte, located nearby, can be rented for a total capacity of 14 people.
