Just 5 minutes from all amenities, La Maison du Soleil has been completely restored and now offers very comfortable accommodation. The house is very light and airy and retains many original features, such as exposed stone walls and wooden beams.
There is direct access to the garden (enclosed & secure) and barbecue (summer).
The large kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with table & chairs for 4, electric oven with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, assorted crockery & cutlery.
The living room includes 2 sofa beds for 2 people for your comfort, a coffee table, a wood-burning stove (for the shoulder season) and a flat-screen TV (French and/or British) & DVD player.
The ground-floor shower room has a large walk-in shower and two washbasins, and the toilet is separate and fitted with a washbasin.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms. One is a large double bedroom overlooking the garden and the other has two single beds. Both bedrooms have plenty of storage space, with a wardrobe with shelves and drawers.
A cot is available on request for younger children.
WIFI access inside and 4G in the garden.
At the rear of the house, the small garden is partly sheltered by a large central pergola covering a large teak garden table and chairs, and parasols are also available.
The swimming pool is heated by solar collectors. You can relax on the adjoining sun loungers.

La Maison du Soleil is open for rental from early April to early November.
