GITE LA PETITE FEUILLE

Ideally situated between land and sea, in the heart of nature, our family gîte sleeps 12 (max 14) and is open all year round. The accommodation is classified as 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.
Located close to the owners' house, the gîte has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine, a private garden with barbecue, swing and slide, a terrace with a view of the surrounding meadows, and uncovered parking.

Outdoor games, a table tennis table and a petanque area are also available next to the gîte.

With its fully-equipped central kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, and a games room for children and adults, the gîte lends itself to all kinds of stays, whether for family gatherings or friends, during the week or over a weekend.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7), 1 bathroom + WC, 1 games room, 1 kitchen, 1 lounge, 1 dining room, 1 utility room.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (sleeps 5), 2 bathrooms, 1 separate WC, 1 mezzanine with 2 pull-out beds (sleeps 2), 1 lounge and 1 small library.

Access to the owner's private swimming pool in the owner's garden, between 10am and 7pm on sunny days.
Unheated pool secured by a dome.
