Just 15 minutes from the Puy du Fou, I am offering for rent a pretty two-storey house, located in the market town of La Gaubretière, not far from the magnificent grounds of "le château de la Landebaudière", with children's play area, fitness trail, small pond and boules pitch, all freely accessible. All the essential shops are close to the property (mini-market, petrol station, launderette). In addition, the town is home to a craft shop selling Vendée cutlery and jewellery, as well as a factory outlet selling shoes.
This house is located next to the owners' house (not adjoining). Each dwelling has its own entrance and individual exterior.
