You will have access to the entire property.
It is located 300m from a small village on 1000m2.
You'll enjoy a pleasant stay in a peaceful setting with a complete change of scenery. Cows, sheep, birds and church bells in the distance will accompany you in your tranquillity.

The windmill is laid out on four levels: a kitchen is located on the ground floor, equipped with a granite worktop, a ceramic hob, a grill/microwave, a large fridge/small freezer, and other appliances (coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, pancake pan) so you can cook to your heart's content.

A curved wrought-iron staircase leads to the living room, furnished with a non-convertible BZ, a TV DVD (no aerial), board games (scrabble, dooble, card games, small horses, draughts, chess, escape game, etc.), books and DVDs (for adults and children) to help you spend quality time with your family. THE STOVE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE.

The original wooden staircase (with its gentle melody) rises to the 2nd floor, which leads to a beautiful shower room with a large shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet, all closed off by a sliding door. A personal storage room adjoins this room (access for hoover only).

Then a steep wrought-iron staircase leads up to an elegant double bedroom under the mill roof, with magnificent views over the surrounding countryside. Bedding, duvets and pillows are provided.

Outside, you will find a barbecue, garden table and chairs, as well as deckchairs and outdoor games (moolky, beachball, boules, speedball...) to enjoy this pretty corner of paradise. A protected area for your 3 bikes has been created so you can enjoy the surrounding countryside.

NB: CHILDREN UNDER 8 YEARS OF AGE ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE MILL due to the lack of railings on the outside staircases. The inside stairs are not a play area as they are very steep.
Children are therefore the responsibility of their parents. We decline all responsibility. Thank you for your understanding.

Bed linen and household linen are provided, and cleaning on departure is included in the prices.

The mill is located 20km from Fontenay-le-Comte, in the surrounding area you can enjoy beautiful walks and discover a beautiful heritage (documents at the mill).

Nb: The mill is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
Access to the mill is via a code at the gate and a key box in the grounds. The access codes will be given to you on the day of your arrival... by sms on your mobile phone by myself...
For every 5 nights rented, a bottle of Crémant rosé de Loire will be offered to you.
