50 km north of Le Mans, 16 minutes from the A28 motorway exit and in the heart of the Normandie Maine Regional Nature Park, the Prieuré Saint Martin gîte welcomes you to a rural setting combining the charm of a 16th-century character house with a large 2500m2 enclosed garden and the comfort of modern furnishings.
Ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, washing machine), WC, dining/living room (flat-screen TV), WiFi access, shower room, 2 bedrooms: the 1st with 1 bed 140 x 190 and the 2nd with 1 bed 140 X 190.
