It is situated in a quiet location in the countryside, just 900m from the market town of Avrillé with its small shops, and less than 10 km from the beaches of Longeville sur Mer and Jard sur Mer.
It has a large 55 m² living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the lounge, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet, a third bedroom with 3 single beds (90cm) and access to a shower room with toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility.
