We offer our main house for rent.
Spacious and very comfortable (280 m2), fully equipped, set in 3000 m2 of enclosed grounds with no overlooked trees.

- Open-plan living room of 42 m2 on garden level with double French windows
- 17 m2 entrance hall
- Modern kitchen completely refurbished in 2023, 32 m2 with direct access to the garden and terrace with barbecue (tables and chairs for outdoor dining)
- 3 bedrooms with double beds (160/200 or 180/200), one of which is 20 m2, the other 2 are 12 m2 and open directly onto the garden, with large wardrobes and cupboards.
- Parents' bathroom (approx. 12 m2) with double washbasin, bath and walk-in shower
- Separate WC
First floor:
- 1 Office/TV room 20 m2
- 2 bedrooms of around 13 m2 and 15 m2 with double beds (160/200)
- Bathroom 7 m2 with shower and WC
- Landing with laundry area

Nearby amenities:
Our house is located in a village with all amenities (bakeries, tobacconist/newsagent, mini-market, chemist, banks with cash dispensers, doctor's surgery, post office, etc.).
We are 30 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne, 20 minutes from La Roche sur Yon and 1 hour from Le Puy du Fou.
The commune has many footpaths.
Practical information:
The house can accommodate 9/10 people.
We do not accept smokers or pets in the house.
We pay particular attention to the quality and cleanliness of the rental property we offer, but we expect our tenants to treat the premises with the utmost respect.
Finally, we are only looking for tenants with children old enough to swim.
All beds are made on arrival, but towels are only provided on request (for a supplement of 10 euros per person).
