The gîte has been recently renovated and features a living room with fully-equipped kitchen and sitting room with fireplace.
The room opens onto a pleasant veranda.
On the same level are two bedrooms: one with a 160cm bed; the other with a 160cm sofa bed and a 140cm mezzanine bed.
Separate toilet and shower room with walk-in shower.

For anglers, there is a pond on the property and Finfarine lake nearby (fishing cards sold at the Talmont-Saint-Hilaire Tourist Office). Fishing tackle can be stored in an outbuilding.
