Quiet location, just 7km north of La Roche sur Yon (45 minutes from the Vendée beaches, 45 minutes from the Puy du fou).
Sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 x 160x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90x200 beds, 1 sofa bed in the lounge).
Gîte adjoining our house but with its own garden area. Completely refurbished in 2022, it is spacious with 100m² of living space and very comfortable.
Numerous walks depart from the gîte, including the Moulin Papon tour (9km).
Complete renovation of the accommodation in 2021-2022 using quality materials to preserve the charm of the old: solid parquet flooring, tiled floor and exposed stonework.
Access for guests is via a private entrance on the street side, to ensure total privacy for our guests. Bay window on the garden side.
