Welcome to this adorable gîte, completely refurbished in 2022 and available to rent from April to November only.

In an old renovated barn, you will enjoy your private terrace with independent entrance and motorised gate. You will be able to park your car in the enclosed grounds.

The accommodation includes a lounge with connected TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room and a mezzanine bedroom with a 160cm bed.

Situated in the commune of Saint Julien des Landes, 1km from the centre with access to all local shops, you are in the peace and quiet of the countryside.
In the commune you will discover the Lac du Jaunay (paddle, pedalo, hiking...) as well as the nature leisure park Le Grand Défi and you will be only 12 minutes from the ocean beaches of Bretignolles sur mer.
You'll be less than 70km from Le Puy du Fou, 15 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne and 20 minutes from St Gilles Croix de Vie.

Prices are on a sliding scale from 2 weeks upwards and you can rent by the month on request.

We do not accept holiday vouchers. Our friends the animals are not allowed because of bad experiences.
