Elodie and Nicolas welcome you to the Gîte du Val de vie. This former barn was completely renovated in 2022 and is situated in an idyllic and peaceful setting on the banks of Lac d'Apremont. Ideal for recharging your batteries with family and friends, or for your seminars and team-building events.
Located in the Vendée, on the shores of Lac d'Apremont, just a few metres from the village centre, Elodie and Nicolas offer you a large 260m² gîte set in 4200m² of wooded grounds that can accommodate 15 to 20 people. The south-facing terrace overlooks the swimming pool (open from May to September), where you can relax in the built-in spa.
A large living room with a fully equipped kitchen will delight you. Inside, you'll find 6 bedrooms, including 1 mezzanine, 4 bathrooms and a games room for young and old alike (board games, table football, books, etc.).
