This 90 m², single-storey house sleeps 8, with a view of the Boisvinet beach sailing school, is located opposite the Boisvinet family beach (20 metres away), in a quiet residential area.
It comprises a living room, separate fitted kitchen, bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets and 4 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 160cm bed that can be split into 2 80cm beds - bedroom 2: 1 140cm bed - bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed and 1 90cm bed - bedroom 4: 1 90cm bed).
You can also take advantage of the wooden terrace with garden furniture. Baby equipment available: high chair, steps, cot. Central heating for year-round rental. Wi-fi connection.
Linen hire, towels and cleaning on departure are not included.
Access and parking: 2 entrances, one on foot opposite Boisvinet beach via a fifteen-metre passageway, the other behind via the private road where you can park your car.
Car-free family holidays. The beach and sailing school are just across the road, as are the cycle paths, restaurants 50 m away and the shops in the town centre 700 m away.
