Each year, we welcome holiday-makers to this 80m² two-bedroom accommodation and 120 m² plot of land. This is a beautiful renovated house from 1951, fully equipped, bright and nicely decorated.
Holiday-makers benefit from this ideal location at the heart of this really beautiful seaside resort, located 100 metres from the shops, the Saturday morning market, the Tourist Office, the cycle paths, 300 metres from the forest, the beach, and the sailing and Kitesurfing School. The nearest beach is 50 metres away but note it is not supervised.
L’Océane offers a little extra as you can benefit from reduced prices at the sailing school and hiring a boat placement in the Bourgneuf Bay, just 25 metres from l’Océane.
