Situated on a recent housing estate on the edge of arable land, 3 minutes from local shops, with direct access to the A87 motorway, and 30 minutes from the Puy du Fou and La Roche-sur-Yon, you'll find peace and comfort.
The accommodation comprises two levels: upstairs, two spacious bedrooms, one with a 1.60 m bed and the other with two 90 cm beds, and on the ground floor, a bright living room/kitchen with two large south-facing French windows. On this level you will also find the bathroom with WC, shower for disabled people, towel rail, washing machine and tancarville.
For restful nights and cool days in summer, the windows are all fitted with electric roller shutters (with the exception of the staircase window).
Around the property, you will have access to 300m2 of private, south-west-facing land with a terrace and private parking for 2 vehicles.
You will arrive independently via a secure key box, leaving you free to choose your arrival time (arrival time from 4pm). If you wish, we will be happy to meet you during your stay.
