There is a mezzanine sleeping area (1 sofa bed 140cm) under the roof, and upstairs, a large landing leading to 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is under the roof (2 twin beds 90cm in each bedroom), a shower room, a bathroom and a second separate WC. Access to "La Grange", a renovated outbuilding with a washing machine on the ground floor, a large space with tables and chairs, and upstairs a games room with a retro console, table football and darts. The house has unfenced grounds with a private terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) and a shared area with another gîte with a volleyball court and unheated swimming pool (2.5x5m), open from May to October.
