This single-storey house (access by 1 step) offers a kitchen, a living room with decorative fireplace, a dining room, 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds), a shower room, a separate toilet and a storeroom. Outside, you will enjoy enclosed grounds, including a wooded area at the front of the house with a terrace (garden furniture, armchairs). Behind the house, an area is being developed where you can enjoy the sunny days on deckchairs, while watching the sheep at the back of the garden.

There are private outbuildings on the property. The courtyard where you will park is shared with the owners (passageway to access the outbuildings and sheep feeding area).
