It comprises 3 bedrooms, a highly functional fitted kitchen, a large lounge/dining room, a shower room with toilet, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

The "Terrasse du Golf Bourgenay" flat sleeps up to 8 people: one bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (80x200 cm) that can be joined to make a 160 cm double bed, one bedroom with two bunk beds and two extra beds (90x190 cm).

We've designed and decorated this flat with your comfort in mind: WiFi, garden furniture and an outdoor dining table with parasols. The well-equipped "Terrasse du Golf Bourgenay" includes a griddle, microwave, Nespresso machine and washing machine.

Baby facilities include a cot with mattress, changing mat, high chair and adapted crockery.

Situated in the heart of a green setting on the Pierre et Vacances site, you will enjoy the peace and quiet and the many activities on offer: aquatic centre (included with wristbands provided, from 01/05 to 18/09), golf with an 18-hole course, tennis, hiking, etc. Not forgetting the magnificent Veillon beach, 2.5 km away, for water sports activities, particularly surfing and kite-surfing.

Les Sables-d'Olonne is ideally located, with all amenities within walking distance (supermarket, bakery/pastry shop, butcher's, fishmonger's, greengrocer's, cheesemonger's, tobacconist's, bank, restaurants, etc.), as well as cycle routes from Les Sables-d'Olonne to La Rochelle. Les Sables-d'Olonne is 10 minutes away, the Marais Poitevin 25 minutes and the Puy du Fou 1 hour 10 minutes by car.
