2 individual toilets (in addition to the one in the first bedroom)

The dwelling is also equipped with a television and free Wi-Fi access.

Situated in the centre of Chambretaud, a number of local shops are within a 5-minute walk of the accommodation (supermarket, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy). A municipal swimming pool, La Bretèche, is a 10-minute drive away.
