Les Chouettes - Aux Reves du Marais

Gîte Les Chouettes. A comfortable, detached 47 m² studio house set in 4000 m² of enclosed garden with trees and flowers, ideal for relaxing or playing with family or friends.

The gîte comprises several areas:
Bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bedside tables, wardrobe/shelves, dressing table or desk.
Lounge area with BZ sofa bed for 2 people, reading area with convertible, large flat-screen TV, DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, hi-fi system.
Dining area with table, chairs and china cabinet opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge and freezer, microwave, mini oven, ceramic hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and accessories for preparing all meals.
Luggage storage and wardrobe.
Separate shower room with xxl cubicle and furniture.
Separate toilet with washbasin.

East/south-facing terrace with various garden furniture, gas hob and garden overlooking fish pond.

Access to covered relaxation area under the owners' closed dome, to be shared with other travellers staying on the property (1 other 4-person Les Écureuils gîte and 1 baby).
Relaxation area open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.: 9m x 4m heated swimming pool and 5-seater Spa.
POOL NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM BEGINNING OCTOBER TO MID-AVRIL - SPA ACCESSIBLE ALL YEAR ROUND (Spa not authorised for children under 16).
Rules and regulations handed over and signed on arrival.
Enclosed car park with 6 spaces at the entrance to the property. Parking badge with deposit for greater independence.
Please note: no wifi in the gîtes.

Bed linen - Beds made on arrival.
Bathroom, kitchen and table linen.
Linen inventory given on arrival and available for the duration of your stay.
Towels cannot be used in the Espace Détente.

Emergency products:
Kitchen (salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, gherkins, mustard, coarse salt, coffee)
Maintenance (washing-up liquid, floors, liquid soap)
Hospitality products :
Coffee cartridges, herbal teas, sugar, sweets.
Cleaning and ironing equipment.
Tourist brochures on site.

We will be there on your arrival to show you around the gîte and its facilities, and to check in and out. We will be discreet but available at your request during your stay.

Full breakfast can be booked and served at the gîte between 8.30 and 10.30 a.m. at a cost of 10 euros per person per day.

On the outskirts of a small village with no shops.
Maillezais 3km away with all its shops, its Abbey and its landing stages.
Fontenay-Le-Comte is 20 minutes away with all shops and its castle.
The beaches of the Vendée 1h15 away, La Rochelle 45mn away, Le Puy du Fou and Futuroscope 1h15 away.
