Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the very quiet residential area of Boisvinet:
- 400 m from the beach and sailing school
- 800 m from the centre of Saint-Gilles and the port
- 600 m from the pier to Île d'Yeu
- 20 km from Noirmoutier
- 1 hour from Puy du Fou
- close to Les Sables d'Olonne

The 3-star equipment and comfort will enable you to spend a pleasant holiday with your friends or family: free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Senseo, fondue set, raclette set, toaster, coffee maker, electric wok, food processor, etc... Baby kit: bath, folding bed and high chair.

All very user-friendly for 8 people, or 10 with the sofa bed in the living room. You can book it for a weekend of at least 2 nights, except in summer. From 290 euros in very low season, from 1600 euros a week in August. If it's too big, you can book only the main part for 4/6 people (except in July/August). The schedule is regularly updated.
