You will be welcomed into a calm and peaceful environment. We're in the heart of a hamlet with a view over the Vendée bocage. Meadows with cows around the studio (secure electric fence).
Located 12 minutes from the Grand Parc du Puy du Fou and 1 hour from the Atlantic coast at Les Sables d'Olonne.

We offer a fully-equipped, just-renovated flat (studio + ground-level access).
It consists of a main room with 1BZ (140X190), TV+WIFI, 1 fully-equipped modern kitchen area: dishwasher, hob, microwave, grill, toaster, coffee maker, etc. and 1 sleeping area: 1bed (160X200) (hotel-quality bedding) with an adjoining shower room with WC and walk-in shower (150X80).
In fine weather, you can enjoy your private terrace with table and chairs, deckchairs and parasol.

The studio is located in a group of flats where you will find a shared garden with outdoor games for relaxing with family or friends.
Access to shared laundry facilities.

Exit 29 from the A87 motorway, 5 minutes from the flat.

Tourist tax is extra per person over 18.
On request, a high chair and a cot can be provided.

Possibility of renting by the night (from 2 nights minimum) or by the week.
