In the commune of Le Bernard, in the Vendée, 4 kilometres from the sandy beaches, in a peaceful setting, a gîte for 6 people in a character outbuilding within a Vendée house.
Accommodation of around 100m² on two levels.
On the ground floor, there is a fitted kitchen and a living room with table and chairs for 6 people. You will be charmed by the terracotta floor tiles. Also on this first level, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms. One bedroom has a 160cm double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage lockers. The second through bedroom sleeps three: a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). This bedroom also has a wardrobe and storage lockers. The bedrooms offer magnificent views of the exposed roof timbers.
There is also an outdoor area with table and chairs.

80€/night (minimum stay 3 nights) - 500€/week
Mid season (from 5 April)
95€/night (minimum stay 3 nights) - 665€/week
High season
From 14 June to 12 July and from 23 August to 27 September: 130€/night (minimum stay 3 nights)
From 12 July to 23 August: €910/week
Cleaning package (compulsory): €80
Sheets and towels (optional): €15/person
