Ground floor: large entrance hall with step leading to living room/kitchen (decorative fireplace), wc, bedroom (1 bed 180x190) (decorative fireplace) with separate wc and private shower room. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms (1 bed 180x190) (3 with 6 twin beds 90), a shower room with wc, a bathroom (bath and shower) with wc communicating between two bedrooms and a study area. Wifi internet access. Outside, you can enjoy a private terrace with garden furniture and shade sail, as well as shared grounds of around 7000m². A communal recreation room with pool table and darts is available. Possibility of access to the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas heating included.
