DESCRIPTION: Spacious, comfortable detached house sleeping six, ideally located on the edge of the Bois de la Chaise and 200 m from Les Sableaux beach, set in 750 m2 of enclosed grounds planted with trees, with a south-facing terrace and private access.

3 bedrooms divided into two separate areas:
- Bedroom 1: a suite-parent wing (double bed 160), shower room and separate WC + dressing room, a second area with bathroom and separate WC :
- Bedroom 2: either 2 twin 90cm beds or a 180cm bed,
- Bedroom 3: 2 children's bunk beds (90cm wide), a storeroom and bicycle storage area.
Access via a private road and ample parking on the property.
Bed linen provided and beds made up on arrival.

The bright house is fully equipped inside and out: sun loungers, garden furniture, garden table, charcoal barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
Perfectly equipped and decorated for a comfortable and pleasant stay. 2 bicycles available
Ideal location for access on foot to beaches: Sableaux 200 m away, Plage des Dames within 3 minutes' walk; Bois de la Chaise; cycle rides; fishing on foot; close to town centre.
In summer, a variety of water sports activities are available nearby: sailing school 400 m away, Club Mickey 250 m away, supervised beach in July and August. Superb fine sandy beach 200 m away, typical of the area with its cabins and the Bois de la Chaise as a backdrop; close to the town centre and its shops, which can be reached easily on foot or by bike in just a few minutes.
