The house is ideally located, in a private, very quiet cul-de-sac. The sandy beach is 150 m away, accessible via a private road. The cycle path is 300 m away. The town centre and shops are 1.5 km/2 km away. The hypermarket is 6 km away. They are accessible via the cycle path and cycling is made easier by the flat terrain.

Your accommodation, on the 1st floor of the villa, is completely independent from the rest of the house and is accessed by an outside staircase. You will live in approximately 60 m², with 3 very bright main rooms: living room, 2 bedrooms (you can see the sea from the windows in the living room and one bedroom), entrance hall, fully-equipped kitchen with appliances (hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc.), shower room with bath, separate WC. Decorated in a seaside style. Sleeping arrangements are for 4 people (1 double bed in one bedroom, 2 bunk beds in the other). However, a pull-out bed in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room bring the sleeping capacity to 7 people. The house was completely renovated in 2018, to bring it up to today's comfort/ergonomics standards and ensure you enjoy a quality holiday. The large and small electrical appliances, the large-screen TV and most of the kitchen accessories are new.

You have access to the garden, which is shared with the occupants of the ground floor. It is on two levels, and its lower level, relatively unobtrusive from the neighbours, is exclusively at your disposal. Outdoor furniture and a barbecue are available for lunch or dinner outside. You will, of course, have WIFI access.

A concierge service is available on site to welcome you, provide you with local tips and shops, and help you out if you have any problems. Bed linen and cleaning can be hired as an optional extra. Prices to be agreed with the concierge service who will welcome you on site (please let us know at least 8 days before your arrival).

Baby equipment available on request. Pets accepted provided they are clean and well-behaved.

Rates include charges (water, gas, electricity, heating) but exclude tourist tax.
Decreasing rates according to the length of stay beyond one week.
If you do not wish to do the end-of-stay cleaning when you leave, you can take out the "end-of-stay cleaning" option: fixed price of €80. This option is compulsory if you have a pet.
