Have a great stay at the Parc des Mimosas, situated in the heart of the
historic quarter of Noirmoutier town. The beautiful beach "Les
Sableaux" is only 1.6km away by a quiet track overlooking the nature
reserve of "Müllembourg". The park has 33 villas which have a been
renovated in a tranquil quarter next to the salt marshes, it has a heated pool
from May to September of the villas. The 8-person house has an open kitchen
diner and living room with an open fireplace, there is a double (140cm*190cm
bed) bedroom and twin bedroom (two 90cm*190cm) on the ground floor and the same two rooms again upstairs, downstairs has a shower room with sink and washing machine and a separate toilet under the stairs and upstairs there is another bathroom with
shower above the bath and sink unit and WC. You have a private
garden with a wooden deck and garden furniture. There is a private car park at
the entrance to the park with one reserved place for you and space for other
vehicles nearby.
