We welcome you to a 65m² house in Longeville-sur-Mer.
The house is located in the forest, 1.5km from the sea and Bud beach, the surf spot of the Vendée. Peace and quiet are guaranteed!
The house comprises a kitchen opening onto the living room, two closed bedrooms and a mezzanine with two sleeping areas, a shower room (walk-in shower) and a separate toilet.
Outside, the covered terrace overlooks the forest.
A garage is available for storing bikes, surfboards and pushchairs.
Baby equipment available on request: cot and high chair.
Optional linen: €12/person (sheets + towels)
Optional cleaning: service charged at 90€ (cheque returned on departure)
Reduced price over several weeks: -10% for 2 consecutive weeks.
October and May: 450€/week
June and September: 600€/week
July and August: €880/week
Deposit cheque of 300€.
