Renovated old house, close to another house, comprising the owners' accommodation and another gite, 300 m from the village, sleeps 4. Shared access to the accommodation with private parking. Ground floor: lounge/living room/kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed and 1 x 90cm bunk bed), shower room with heated towel rail, separate WC. There is a private terrace (garden furniture) and a 2000m² garden shared with the owners and other tenants (swing, trampoline, bowling green, deckchairs). Clemenceau beach is 1.3 km away. In summer, the shops in the centre are open (supermarket and summer bakery, butcher's shop, etc.) and are 250 m from the house (open in the morning from November to March). The forest and hiking trails are less than 2 km away. Heating, bed linen and towels included.
