It's not easy to find seasonal accommodation, there's so much on offer and it's of such varied quality.

Our credo is to offer travellers quality accommodation and a direct environment.

Our gîtes have all been redesigned and refurbished during the winter of 2023/2024 to provide you with a restful experience.

That's also why our prices are all-inclusive. All linen, towels (except pool towels), tea towels, shower soap and cleaning products are provided. Cleaning is also included in our price. However, this does not release the traveller from the obligation to return the gîte in the condition in which it was found.

So there are no nasty surprises or hidden costs, and no need to worry about luggage.

But the spirit of the gîte is not just about providing accommodation. Human contact is at the heart of our profession. We pay particular attention to each and every one of our travellers so that we can provide the most appropriate response.

The Huppe Fasciée gîte has been designed and decorated with this in mind. With a surface area of 34 m², it comprises a living room of 20 m² AND a bedroom (double bed 140 X 200). The living area includes a sofa, a table with 4 chairs, a sideboard and a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, 4-burner hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, combined microwave, kettle, toaster, traditional or pod coffee machine) and a DTT television. It is also equipped with a very fast free WIFI point, ideal for teleworking. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.

A secluded outside area (overlooking the swimming pool), with table, chairs, parasol and two sun loungers, completes the facilities.
A barbecue (with charcoal and lighting) or plancha can be provided on request.

Rental is for a minimum of two nights, except in high season (minimum 4 nights).

The entire property has its own parking area, lit throughout the night for safety and convenience.

Situated in the centre of the Marais Poitevin, 35 minutes from the main attractions, it will be easy for you to find the activities you like and we will be able to guide you. What's more, our swimming pool, heated to 27°C in season (April to October - open from 9am to 11pm or longer on request), is a much-appreciated place of conviviality and calm. Doing nothing and relaxing is also an activity in its own right.
