6 spacious bedrooms (4 x 140 cm beds, two twin 80 cm beds, 3 x 90 cm beds), a large 30 m² living room, a separate kitchen, two shower rooms, two separate WCs, a total surface area of 200 m² (please note that the sanitary facilities are on the ground floor, close to two bedrooms).
The living rooms open directly onto the courtyard and garden. Garden furniture for outdoor living, plancha, barbecue, table tennis, 5 bicycles on request (deposit required).

You can enjoy the pleasures of the coast with its immense sandy beaches, but also discover the Marais Poitevin, a long history of land reclaimed from the sea.

In June and September, you can rent for a minimum of four nights, and arrangements can be made for arrival and departure days.
