The 100m2 house opens onto a private courtyard and comprises 3 bedrooms of 13m2 each, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs, one of which is separate, a living room, a kitchen, a sitting room and a veranda.

The accommodation
Composition of the accommodation :
- bedroom n°1 with a double bed 140x200
- bedroom n°2 with 2 single beds 90x190
- bedroom n° 3 with a double bed 160x200, with access to bathroom n°1
- Completely new, fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, with large dining table.
- Sitting room with sofa and armchairs, flat-screen TV, DVD player.
- Bathroom n°1 with shower and washbasin
- Bathroom n°2 with shower, washbasin, WC and laundry area.
- Separate WC
- Veranda with table and chairs
- Private courtyard with table, garden furniture and barbecue.

The house has wifi via a box in the accommodation and very good 4G coverage.
Sheets and towels are provided (1 bath sheet, 1 towel/person), as well as tea towels and napkins.
A baby kit is also available on request: cot, changing mat, 2 pushchairs, bath, high chair, bottle warmer, bottle drainer, first-age games, potty, toilet seat reducer and adapted crockery.
A 30m2 studio for 2 people (+ a baby or young child) is available in the garden (see my other ad), totally independent and isolated, it can, on request, be rented with the main house (house + studio): contact us for details and availability.

The house is heated by gas central heating and will be heated when you arrive in winter.
Easy, free parking in the street, and free parking nearby.
Minimum 3 nights out of season, maximum 6 people (plus baby).
Weekly rental, Saturday to Saturday during July/August.
Non-smoking house
IMPORTANT: cleaning at the end of your stay is not included in your booking.
A deposit cheque for 120 € will be requested on arrival, which will be returned on departure if the accommodation is left perfectly clean.
If you would like to take the cleaning package (120 €), please let us know by sending us a message at the time of booking.
In all cases, we undertake to comply with the COVID 19 protocol. We check and sanitise all surfaces and electronic equipment that are frequently touched.
