In a residence, recently renovated 70 M2 flat sleeping up to 8 people (ideal for 4 adults plus 4 children/teenagers) with a double sea view.
You'll be 2 steps from the beach and less than 10 minutes' walk from La Faute sur Mer's shopping street.
There are 3 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1 for 2 people with a queen-size bed and sea view
- bedroom 2 for 2 people with a 140x190cm bed
- bedroom 3 for 4 people with 2 x 2 bunk beds.
There is also a fully-equipped kitchen, a lounge/dining room with TV/TNT and a bathroom (shower only).
In the residence, you will have at your disposal, in common with the other tenants :
- secure bicycle storage (bicycles not provided)
- a tennis court (rackets available on loan)
- a petanque court
Bed linen is provided but not towels.

Can be rented by the night or by the weekend in spring and autumn. Contact us for availability and prices.
Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during the summer period.
