It comprises 3 main rooms arranged as follows: living room with double 140cm sofa bed, recently refurbished open-plan kitchen (October 2022), veranda, mezzanine with 2 90cm beds and an extra bed ideal for children, 1 separate 160cm bedroom with small balcony (cupboards and chest of drawers), shower room refurbished in 2019 with shower and vanity unit, separate WC.
The following equipment is available: cot, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 small fridges, 4-burner ceramic hob, pyrolysis oven, multifunction microwave, various household appliances (2 hoovers, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, food processor, electric whisk, citrus press, croque monsieur and waffle maker, pierrade, sodastream, hair dryer, etc.), 2 flat-screen TVs (living room and mezzanine), board games, etc.
Cleaning is reinforced by sanitary measures and disposable mattress covers are provided for each rental.
Free shuttle service from l'Herbaudière to Noirmoutier in July and August.
No overnight rentals, minimum 3 days.
Rates are inclusive of all charges except for heating periods when a supplement will be charged according to actual consumption.
