Reve de Sable

House located 1.3 km from the Parée Préneau beach and 850 m from the Sion sur l'Océan forest. The accommodation comprises a living room (wood-burning stove), a kitchen (slightly sloping ceiling, 1.80 m at its lowest point), three bedrooms (1 x 140cm bed) (1 x 160cm bed) (1 x 90cm bed, access to a storeroom), a shower room and a separate toilet. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard at the front of the house for parking, a shed with 3 bicycles and a shaded terrace.

To the rear, a 17m² covered terrace and enclosed garden (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue). A small step is required to enter the house. The gîte adjoins two houses, one of which is a holiday home. The gîte is 3 km from the Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie pier to Ile d'Yeu and 31 km from the Noirmoutier bridge.
