In two of the bedrooms, the two queen-size beds can be separated into single beds. This house, built in 2016, is designed to accommodate two families very comfortably. All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the two large, independent, south-facing terraces and the garden. Beds are made before your arrival and are included in the price of your stay. 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and bath, 3 toilets ensure the comfort of the living room. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower in the garage on the way back from the beach. Board games are available in this accommodation. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is made independent by an industrial-style glass roof. The living room and lounge with fireplace have several windows overlooking the terraces and garden. The decor has been carefully and soberly designed, blending the warmth of period features with the design of contemporary pieces. In the large enclosed garden, two terraces, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, are ideal for soaking up the Noirmoutier sunshine.

This welcoming villa-style holiday home is set in a peaceful location between the town of Noirmoutier en l'Ile and the port of L'Herbaudière, between the salt marshes and the early fruit fields. Once you've parked your car, most holidaymakers use their bikes to get around - the cycle path is just 30m from the house. The beautiful sandy beach of Luzéronde is 800m away, and the shops and sunset terraces of l'Herbaudière are 2 km away. Noirmoutier's colourful market is just 3 km away. You can also take home the fruits of your catch on foot in the baskets! Between visiting the island, relaxing at Luzéronde, swimming at Plage des Dames, discovering the marshes and pony trekking for the younger ones, you'll find it hard to get back to the Vendée mainland. Fortunately, crossing the Gois is a pleasant experience!
